Beautiful! I love how you got close so we can see the individual flowers that make up the hyacinth as a whole.

Great capture! My hyacinth have not bloomed yet, but we have lots of things blooming already. We are hoping that another freeze doesn’t pass through Virginia and kill them all.

Thank you! π β₯
That’s great! π My mom’s peach trees and pear trees, and daffodils are blooming. π
My hyacinths have already bloomed, but the cold wiped out all but two of mine, sadly. It was 12 degrees one night a few months ago (when the bulbs were still dormant), and I had mine in pots. I thought they would make it but they couldn’t handle it I guess, because I found the bulbs dead shortly after. π¦
Yes, I hope a freeze doesn’t kill them! What colors do you have? I had pink, blue, and purpleish blue.

I have pink and only a few. I’ve still not learned the planting times in Virginia (plus I do not have a green thumb) so I mostly have what was here when I moved in.
I did plant some lilies that have survived, but they do not bloom yet. I’d really love to have some tulips :).

The pink ones are so pretty. I had pink hyacinths for my avatar photo for around nine months, until I changed to the moth. π
Oh, I see. π
Lilies are one of my favorite flowers! π I have some and they are coming up already, but they haven’t bloomed yet either. My orange ones and red ones bloomed last year, which was miraculous since I thought the red ones were dead. π This is what the red ones looked like: https://followinghimbesidestillwaters.wordpress.com/2016/10/16/red-lilies/
When / if yours bloom, I’d love to see them, if you take photos of them. π
Tulips are great too! π My grandma had some, and they were so pretty. If you get some, good luck with them! π

Your red lilies are beautiful. You can see mine in this post (although they are covered by a quote): https://bedlamanddaisies.com/2016/07/18/this-is-home/
There are some places around here with tulip plantings. I’m also traveling to Amsterdam next month and can’t wait to see the tulips there! π

I saw – that made me so happy! Thank you for using it! π I love the words you put with it! (But you probably know that since I said that on your post earlier. π)

Lol…you are always so kind to lavish me with praise! I appreciate it but don’t feel worthy of it all…(humility?)
