I took these last year when I went for a peaceful, quiet walk. And with these photos, I will participate in four different challenges all at the same time. 😄 First, I spotted some tiny wildflowers.
When in the garden later, I noticed that my bell peppers were starting to produce, and the dying flower petals are kind of close to the Granny Smith Apple color:
I stopped by my onion patch to take a photo, not realizing at first that my silhouette in shadow form was the main star of the photo instead of my onions. 😂
And later on, I saw this sunset, which seems to have most of the colors in this weeks installment of the Color Your World challenge – except for Granny Smith Apple green.
Hey good friend, Namaste 🙂
Wistful Wildflowers, Shadow Silhouettes, And Silent Sunsets – what a great title to head up some wonderful photographs…evidently you and the ‘new’ camera are bonding nicely and the relationship gaining strength by the day 🙂 My favourite is all of them but if I were to choose then the sunset is my choice – the colours are divine.
I also enjoy the mystery of you presented in silhouette upon the onion patch and so wish you had kept that one back to head-up an amusing poem or artful ditty. I cannot say why the photograph appeals to me only that it does in much the same way as I also like the words onion-patch as well lol 🙂
Thanks for sharing 🙂 Hoping all is well with one and all who dwell by the lake – which reminds me, does the lake have a name?
Namaste 🙂

Thank you! 🙂 ❤
Yes, we sure are! 😀 I think these photos were taken with the old camera though because I didn't get the new camera until fall. But my new camera and I have been having a lot of fun.
I suppose I can still post that image again later with one of those two things… 😉
Haha, I like onion-patch too. 🙂
And thank you for such a lovely comment. 🙂
Yes, things are okay at the moment.
The lake doesn't have a name yet, but I plan to give it one. 😉
Hope you are having a great Monday!

My pleasure 🙂 Wonderful to hear all is fine and fair by the Lake with no name (as yet!)
The old camera, ah I see. The budding plants should have informed me otherwise, but with spring arriving so very in many parts of the world all things are possible.
I very much hope you’ll choose one of two options to excite the ‘shadow, onion patch’ image further…it is too good an opportunity to miss out on 🙂
Thank you, my Monday was reasonable, I hope the remainder of the week improves upon that cornerstone.
I shall look forward to a return visit again shortly…I try to keep in touch with your postings as best I am able: I’ve enjoyed the Lake-side experience since first viewing your site. Most interested to know what name you will arrive at for the Lake! 😉
Best wishes, brightest blessings. Have a wonderful week. Take care.

Hopefully it will have a name soon. 😃
That’s true. 🙂 In Arkansas, it’s still winter. I can’t wait for spring though.
I look forward to doing so! 🙂
I hope that the rest of your week has indeed improved. 🙂
🙂 I appreciate that! I look forward to your comments. Aww, thank you! ❤ I'll let you know when I've named the lake. 🙂
Thank you! Best wishes and brightest blessings to you as well! 🙂

Thank you! 😀 Haha, me too. And sunrises, though I’m not always awake to see them.

Same!!! When I’m a night owl, I love watching sunrises. That’s one of the only ways I usually see them unless I get up really early.

I love the title! I think I’ll have to swing by your garden sometime to get some peppers and onions! 😃
Great captures! I can’t choose a favorite because I like them all.

Thanks! 🙂 Haha, that would be fun! And then we would have to figure out what to cook with them.
