Ways To Incorporate Christ In Christmas Activities (a reblog)

A wonderful post by T. R. Noble, full of ideas for including Christ in Christmas activities – click the link below to read the complete post! 🙂

I know, I know sounds weird.

Christmas IS about Christ many believers tell me.

I…as I mentioned Tuesday, I’m not so sure. I think the intention is there. We WANT it to be about Christ. Sometimes, only pieces are.

But I am finding ways to make SURE He is a part of every single thing I do.

When Christians first introduced the Christmas tree the tree represented Everlasting life. For quite a time too, the day before Christmas was called, “Adam and Eve,” day. People would look at the tree and teach about God creating the Heavens and the Earth. People would also put apples on the tree to represent Eve’s temptation.

That’s pretty powerful.

If you have a Christmas tree, think of how we are the branches. Each ornament think of how the Holy Spirit produces fruit in us.

The fruits of the Spirit.
