Cee’s Fun Photo Challenge – Underneath: Frog

Last year when my mom and I took my grandma to the doctor for a routine checkup, this little guy crawled onto the windshield. We were on the highway! He must have been under the hood. He was lucky to have survived the trip. Once we arrived, I removed him from the windshield and put him in the bushes outside the doctor’s building. He was kind of cold and sticky, but it was worth it to rescue him. XD

  1. Just caught one of these critters yesterday for my granddaughter. She took it home to put in her yard. She loves bugs, frogs, etc. Good rescue of this little guy by you. 🙂

                    • LOL! 😂 No worries! I try to reply to everyone in the order they commented so I don’t miss anyone, but sometimes it takes a while to catch up.

Always glad to see your comments too! 🙂

                    • Yeah, I do the same thing for the same reason. But I get behind in comments too! But I always recognize your logo…it makes me smile to see replies from you. I am sorry again if I missed your email. I had a couple of things happen last week which distracted me from my blog and emails. No excuses, just an explanation…

                      🙂

                    • Aww. 🙂 I always recognize your avatar too, and it makes me happy to see your comments as well. ♥ It’s okay, I understand; I’ve had a few things going on as well, which is why I’m also so behind in comments.

                    • It’s hard to believe I was completely caught up on comments just a few days ago. Now I worked on a post for much longer than I had planned, got a call from my sister, had lunch, and poof! All the time was gone today and I hadn’t touched my comments…so I’m behind again with the weekend coming up…oh well, Grace, what are ya gonna do?!

Have an awesome weekend, my friend…

                      🙂

                    • LOL, I know what you mean! I was three days behind! o_O I’m trying my best to catch up today, and I’m so close, I think I’ll succeed!

Wow. XD It’s amazing sometimes how time gets eaten up like that. How is your sister? Are things okay there?

                      LOL, I know, right? XD

Haha, apparently I’m going to make sure you’re even further behind on comments, eh? 😂 I just replied to three days worth of comments today. And i am planning five posts for this weekend. I’m not sure if I should apologize or not… 😂😂😂

You have a great weekend too, my friend! 🙂 ♥

                    • Well, obviously I love to have as many replies and comments as I do, and you are one of the “biggest suppliers”…hehe! But I am so happy you are. It always nice to have a person like you which is so nice to talk with and has an interest in God and what’s going on in our lives! And I love your photography too… 🙂

My sister is doing okay, but I don’t think she and her husband will be completely “okay” again. She’s totally committed to her husband, but they just have had so many problems in the past few years. Plus my sister has back and leg issues…she’s on disability. It’s a long story, Grace, and I wouldn’t want to burden you with it all. For now, we’ll just say things aren’t great, but they are a bit better than they were. Thanks for asking about her!

Well I see some more of your comments, so I’d better get to them! I gotta catch up…

                    • Aww, thanks. 🙂 You are one of my “biggest suppliers” too, and I’m happy about that as well. 🙂 Indeed – it sure is nice to have someone talk with who has an interest in God and what’s going on in our lives. 🙂 Thanks for being one of those people! **blush** Thank you!

Aww, I’m sorry to hear that. I’m glad that things are better than they were, but sad that they probably won’t get great again. I’ll be praying for them!

LOL, yep! 🙂 Same here. 2 days behind again,a nd I have a feeling I’m about to fill up your notifications tab. XD Also, I wrote a couple of replies to your comments but it said that comments were closed, so if I didn’t respond to something, that may be why.

                    • Aww, you are so welcome! You are a good friend here at WP, Grace! I love how you blush with compliments and things… 🙂

Thanks for your prayers, my dear friend. I’m “wearing out” before my time it seems! Ha…But what am I gonna do about it? There’s nothing I can do except to pray and have others pray for me as well.

Hey, I’m going to be able to keep up with my comments today. And thank you for mentioning about “comments closed.” I want to change that and make the time for comments longer.

And you just keep loading me up with replies and such, lady! I love ’em and I like to share stuff with you of all kinds. It is nice to have someone who loves bugs and hissing turtles and happens to also love God…

That’s great! 😀 Haha, I’m still behind; maybe I’ll catch up this weekend. Which means you will be behind on Monday… 😂

That’s great. 🙂 I didn’t realize there was a limit, haha. It’s neat that we actually reached the limit!

I shall! 🙂 LOL! 😊 ♥ God created such amazing creatures!

                    • Finally did post a few things! I probably filled up your reader; 4 posts in one day over the weekend? 😳 I may have gone a bit overboard… XD

A day in the life of Grace isn’t that exciting, lol. Lately, I’ve been trying to help my dad fix my mom’s car during the mornings, and gardening in the afternoons and evenings if possible. My cats have to be fed twice at some point as well, haha. And then trying to remove clutter in my room, and reorganize storage so that we can actually find stuff. I’ve been quite busy! 🙂

                    • Wow, 4 posts! Good for you, Grace. You can fill up my reader anytime! I’m going on vacation in a couple of days for about 7-8 days so you won’t be hearing from me. But please feel free to read through my site and leave comments. I’ll catch up when I return. Hope you fix your momma’s car. You need something to drive so you can eventually get a license! Have a great evening, Grace!

Have fun on your vacation! I shall; I’m behind on reading your blog, so I’ll catch up while you’re gone. 🙂

Thanks, me too; we still aren’t sure what’s wrong with it, but we’re working on it!

You have a good evening too! 🙂

                    • Oh boy, I’ll bet it was some good food you cooked up! I think I like the BBQ taste of the charcoal over the smoke of the grill, but it’s close! 🙂

                    • My mom cooked wonderful things on there! Potatoes, fish, burgers, hot dogs – I’m not a fan of hot dogs so I didn’t have any of those 😅 – it was wonderful!

Me too! She used charcoal and also mixed in hickory for smoke flavor. Yummy. 🍴

                    • Sounds like you guys had all the great fixin’s! They were called “vittles” in the west…(you can use that in your story if you’d like.)

                      🙂

                    • Well I want it to be as good a western as it can be, Miss Grace! I love Bonanza who had Hop Sing cookin’ up those vittles in the kitchen. If they had him out on the cattle trail, he would have been tendin’ to the vittles from a “chuck wagon.” Now, aren’t you impressed?

I do too, though I haven’t seen as many of them as I would like. Hop Sing was really good; I didn’t remember the vittles part though. 😅

Ooohhh, in the “chuck wagon.” How cool! 😀

                      Yes, quite impressed. 🙂
