Fall Magic
Each year, the deciduous trees
Ostentatiously display in many colors
On their grande leaves
Yellow, orange, and red blurs
And when they have finished
With their fall wardrobe, they
Make blankets with the banished
Leaves; and there on the ground, it lays
Long time since I’ve taken a walk in the woods during this time. Wonderful reminder of all there is for us to see and enjoy. Thank you for sharing your gift!

Very nice poem and the image of the autumn. Our tree are still green. We have a late autumn. Thank you for sharing.

Thank you! ♥ That’s good in a way though. Late autumn means that gardens and annual flowers live longer. We just lost the majority of our garden to the first freeze a few days ago.

So did we! I only have perennial left!

Me too! 🙂 The majority of my perennials went dormant for winter already though; with the exception of my hyacinths. They are spouting again as if it is spring? XD If they want to bloom again, I’m fine with that, but they aren’t supposed to in the fall; I hope this doesn’t interfere with them blooming next spring.

My maple tree has not turned yellow or orange yet, but the weather last few days were strange. Have to wait and see!!

It will be worth the wait, though! 🙂
